By hiring Digital Empreendimentos, you agree to the scope, timeline and price defined together during the brief for your eBook, WebApp or page. Content, materials and instructions you provide remain your responsibility; we build the product based on what's shared with us.

Ownership of the final delivered product transfers to you once the project is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

When using this site and our services, you agree to make appropriate use of the content and information offered, and in particular:

• Not to engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order.
• Not to spread propaganda or content of a racist, xenophobic or gambling nature, any form of illegal pornography, terrorist claims or content against human rights.
• Not to cause damage to the physical systems (hardware) or software of Digital Empreendimentos, its suppliers or third parties, including by introducing or spreading computer viruses or any other system capable of causing the damage described above.

Changes to these terms

Digital Empreendimentos reserves the right to update these terms as the services offered evolve. Continued use of the site after changes are posted is regarded as acceptance of the updated terms.
